The Boston Terrier Club held its 26th Championship Show on October 23rd 2010 in Auckland.
The day began with a Pet Parade for the non show club members. The judge for this section was U.S. licenced show judge Mrs Beverley Staley. This was the first time Beverley has judging such fun events as funkiest mouth and fancy dress.
The Championship Show had 29 Boston Terriers entered and these were under the watchful eye of judge Mr Michael Staley U.S.A. This was Michael's first judging appointment outside the U.S.A. and Canada.
The Boston Terrier Club is well known in judging circles for its good sportsmanship, with members helping other members who may have a problem on the day. Everyone steps into help regardless, even if the contestant needing help is a probable winner. For 2010 this helpful attitude was as strong as ever.
